I thought Ralph and his team have been outstanding – particularly in setting our selling price, the timing of the listing, and particularly in people and negotiating skills. My only comment of suggestion would be to be more cautious with other agents visiting our home with their clients as there were a few times that lights were left on and the house was not left secure – doors and windows not locked.
