As a dedicated member of the Ralph Ciancio Homes team since February 2022, Mieke van Dinther brings extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure smooth operations and efficient administrative processes within the company. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mieke possesses a deep understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics, which she applies in her interactions with clients and team members. Her vibrant personality and outgoing nature create a positive and uplifting atmosphere in the office.

Having gained work experience in multiple sectors, including two years of prior experience in a Real Estate office, she has acquired a wide range of customer service skills and adaptability. This has equipped her with the necessary preparation to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Mieke’s ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized ensures the seamless and efficient running of daily operations. 

Outside of work, Mieke enjoys quality time with friends and family, exploring new places and activities. Her commitment to personal well-being is evident through her love for yoga and dedication to achieving her fitness goals.
