Michelle O’Connor joined the RCH Team in November 2025, bringing extensive experience in strategic planning, performance management, and implementation. With a Degree in Finance and Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, Michelle combines academic expertise with real-world experience to deliver actionable strategies that drive growth. She is dedicated to enhancing the team's success by coordinating our sales and marketing processes.
