About Carley De Beer

Carley De Beer joined Ralph Ciancio Homes in June 2021 in the role of an Admin and Client Care Coordinator. As an OREA-registered Real Estate Sales Professional, Carley brings with her an innate passion for meeting new people and a joy in helping them eliminate the struggles that come with buying or selling a property. By leveraging her years of experience in the administration and customer service industry, she brings an unmatched combination of attention and personalized solutions.

 

In the past, Carley has worked as a Client Coordinator at Deogracias Real Estate and served as a Trade Desk Sales Representative at Connon Nurseries. She’s also had sales and operations experience as well as holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph.

 

Carley is a natural at creating connections with new clients and growing existing relationships that last a lifetime. She loves to be the person encouraging others to become the best version of themselves. Outside of work, she loves to sew and designs most of her own dresses. Carley admires her husband’s hard work, perseverance, and positive attitude, and uses those same traits to make every step she takes in the real estate world a success.
